We’re partnering with a rapidly expanding, Australian-owned healthcare group preparing to open brand-new, purpose-built clinics across Melbourne in 2026. This is a rare opportunity for Doctors seeking predictable hours, strong earning potential, and meaningful patient care — without the burnout of traditional practice.

• $250K - $300K + Super (clinic-based, no ownership buy-in required)
• Predictable hours: 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday

The Role

You’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in a supportive clinic environment that values collaboration and evidence-based practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Consulting with patients across a range of acute and chronic presentations
• Conducting physical examinations and preventative health assessments
• Diagnosing conditions and developing tailored treatment plans
• Prescribing medications and managing ongoing care
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic investigations
• Educating patients on lifestyle, prevention, and long-term health
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Working closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Participating in ongoing professional development

About You

This opportunity will suit a GP or Medical Practitioner who wants clinical autonomy without isolation, and structure without rigidity.

You’ll bring:

• MBBS (or equivalent)
• General Registration with AHPRA (Non-VR welcome)
• Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number
• Minimum 3–5 years post-graduation experience
• Strong clinical judgement and patient-focused approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in telehealth, lifestyle medicine, or integrative care (highly regarded)
• Full Australian working rights
